My approach to wellness coaching is rooted in a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, drawing from my personal journey and my training in trauma-informed coaching, holistic health, and various yoga disciplines. I work with women who are ready to break free from the patterns and conditioning that no longer serve them, guiding them toward a life of authenticity, clarity, and empowered self-expression.
Together, we peel back the layers of societal expectations and uncover the root causes of disconnection, helping you reconnect with your true self. At the heart of coaching is the understanding that you hold the answers within you. Science tells us that we all have biologically correct and predictable behaviors based on our life experiences and I agree. This means the way we respond to things, what we feel, out states of health, our relationship with self and with others and in all the ways we show up in our daily lives, all happen because everything is right with us. It’s worth saying many times, you are not broken.
I also believe we are all naturally resourced to live our most powerful lives but, we often forget this. What gets in the way of this knowledge are our beliefs, our interpretations of the world, the environment we live in and outdated coping and connection tools we created WAY back in our childhood- they all cloud our vision of who we truly are.

Choosing the correct health & wellness coach is a big step. So, what should you look for when making your decision?
Embodiment—Look for a coach dedicated to doing his/her inner work. Being their best client (by doing their own inner work) allows your coach to learn and grow continually. Please try not to expect perfection from your coach. They are human, too.
Certifications—Many schools, trainings, and programs teach various modalities and principles of health, wellness, and life coaching.
Certifications and education are important. However, focus most on the results you will get from working with your coach.
Connection/Energy/Alignment- You might be working with this person for months or longer, so take the time to get to know your coach before you purchase a package from them. Making you feel safe to share profound aspects of your life is an important factor in this process. If the energy feels off during your consultation call, trust your gut.
Cost—If possible, try not to let cost be your deciding factor. Your coach has taken years, or perhaps even decades, to develop the skills necessary to hold a safe and loving space and help their clients heal, shift, and grow. This skill set can come from education, experience, time, and intuitive energy. If cost is a concern, talk to the potential coach about a payment plan.
